Symphonic Orchestra is an advanced performing group. A wide variety of music is studied and performed including string literature and full symphonic music utilizing winds and percussion from the band. Solo and ensemble experience is available in this class. All string players also rehearse and perform in the Glenbrook Symphony Orchestra which meets once a week outside of school hours. Attendance at all concerts and rehearsals is required.
