Senior Project

Senior Project is a capstone educational opportunity in which eligible students may spend between two and four weeks in May/June pursuing independent, supervised projects in the community. Students will work with a mentor in school and in their project area, and may choose career internship, service, creative or academic projects that provide an opportunity to demonstrate excellence through a significant commitment of time and effort. A showcase will be held with students sharing their senior project outcomes and experience. Evaluation is on a pass/fail basis with completion noted on the final transcript. Information about this program and the application process is available through the Career and Technical Education department in early January.
