This practicum will provide students with an opportunity to observe, plan and direct activities of the Titan Tots preschool at Glenbrook South. Students will have opportunity to use various forms of educational technology. A variety of preschool and child care experiences will be explored. Students will learn to master teaching skills in planning, creating, teaching and evaluating all areas of the early childhood curriculum. They will also learn classroom management in relation to discipline techniques. Students study early childhood theorists and apply theory while working in Titan Tots Preschool.
